How long can I rent the portable toilet?

We provide Portable Toilets for short term and long term.

Long term: Anything that requires weekly servicing.

Short term: Weekend events, 1 Day events, those that do not require weekly servicing (If you are wanting additional servicing for short term events that will be an additional cost).

When are units dropped off and picked up?

We try to accommodate all drop offs including events done within the week however we do understand that sometime we will have to delivery during the weekend however that is not typical. Please note that we do not provide pick up services during the weekend; if you are wanting your unit picked up that will be an additional charge.

Am I responsible for damages while renting the units?

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the units are taken care of during the duration of the rental whether it is short-term or long-term. In the event that there are damages on the unit, in the unit, or items thrown in the toilet that are not suppose to be there will be a damage-fee applied.

Do you accept payments on your website?

At this time we do not have that option however you can request your invoice through our "contact us" page if we have not sent it already, and we will send you a copy of your invoice so you can make a payment.

Do I have to pay before my event?

No. However, Spotless Pro will require a Card on File that will be processed the day of drop off.

How do I know if I have enough units?

Please see the table below to see which one fits your needs.

For Events:

Determine how long the event will be along with the amount of guests that will be there. Once you have that information, use the chart to determine the quantity of Portable Units you will need.

If there is food and drinks, add an additional 1-3 Units. Please consider adding one Handicap/ADA unit to every 20 Portable Units.

If applicable, add one Hand-washing station per every 4 Portable Units.

For Construction:

Calculate your team size and use the chart above to determine the amount of Portable Units you will need for the length of time. One Portable Unit can accommodate 10 field workers during a 40-hour week.

Please note: If you are wanting more then suggested we can accommodate for additional units needed on your job site.
